Terms and Conditions for One Automotive LLC
Auto Tint Installation Giveaway
Effective Date: September 22, 2025
By participating in the One Automotive LLC Auto Tint Installation Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Organizer
The Giveaway is organized by One Automotive LLC, located at 607 James Ave Suite B, Springdale AR, 72764 (“Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
• The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Northwest Arkansas who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• Participants must own or have legal authority to modify a vehicle that meets the following criteria:
• The vehicle must be a passenger car, SUV, or pickup truck manufactured in 2010 or newer.
• Commercial vehicles, including but not limited to semis, dump trucks, tractors, work vans, or similar vehicles, are not eligible.
• Employees, affiliates, immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children), or household members of the Organizer, its affiliates, or partners are not eligible to participate.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
3. Giveaway Period
• The Giveaway begins on September 22, 2025, at 12:00 PM CST and ends when 200 eligible entries are received or on Sep 28th, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST, whichever occurs first (the “Giveaway Period”).
• Only the first 200 eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period will be considered. Entries submitted after the first 200th eligible entry or after the Giveaway Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
• To enter, participants must follow One Automotive LLC on Instagram, like, and share the official giveaway post on their story, and fill out all fields on the form linked in the instagram bio.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
• Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions and any applicable platform guidelines (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, or X rules).
• The Organizer is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries.
5. Prize
• Prize Description: The winner will receive a free auto ceramic tint installation service for one eligible vehicle, valued at approximately $690.00. The service includes ceramic window tint for all legal windows on a single vehicle, excluding the windshield unless permitted by state law.
• Tint Removal: The prize does not include tint removal or preparation of windows with existing tint. If the vehicle has existing tint, it must be removed by One Automotive LLC at the winner’s expense prior to the installation.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
• The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.
• Any additional costs related to the prize (e.g., travel to the installation location, tint removal costs, additional tint upgrades, or taxes) are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
• The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries after 200 eligible entries are received or on Sep 28th, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST, whichever occurs first, or within 3 business days of the giveaway period ending.
• The winner will be notified via sms and email within 3 business days of the selection date.
• The winner must respond to the notification and provide requested information, vehicle details, proof of ownership, or scheduling preferences within 7 days of notification. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
• The winner’s name may be announced on One Automotive LLC’s website, social media, or other platforms unless prohibited by law or the winner requests otherwise.
7. Prize Redemption
• The auto tint installation must be scheduled and completed by October 31, 2025 at One Automotive LLC’s location (607 James Ave Suite B Springdale, AR 72764).
• The vehicle must comply with state tint laws, be manufactured in 2010 or newer, and be in suitable condition for tint installation as determined by the Organizer.
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse service if the vehicle does not meet eligibility criteria, safety requirements, or legal standards.
8. Liability Disclaimer
• The Organizer is not liable for any accidental damage to the vehicle during the tint installation process or for any damage to previously damaged parts of the vehicle.
• Participants assume all risks associated with the installation process and agree to hold the Organizer harmless for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the Giveaway or prize redemption.
9. Marketing Consent
• By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to One Automotive LLC contacting them via SMS and email for future marketing, promotions, and offers related to One Automotive LLC’s products and services.
• Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the SMS or email or by contacting One Automotive LLC at sales@oneautomotiveusa.com or (479)366-4899.
• Consent to marketing communications does not affect eligibility or chances of winning.
10. Publicity
By participating, entrants grant the Organizer the right to use their name, likeness, vehicle images, and entry content for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. General Conditions
• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Organizer’s control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
• The Organizer is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or technical issues related to the Giveaway, including issues with entry submission or prize redemption.
• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, and partners from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.
12. Compliance with Laws
• The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including vehicle tint regulations and marketing laws. Participants are responsible for ensuring their vehicle complies with applicable laws.
• The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
13. Data Privacy
• Personal information collected during the Giveaway, including names, email addresses, and phone numbers, will be used to administer the Giveaway and, with participant consent, for future marketing purposes as outlined in Section 9.
• Personal information will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill the prize or as required by law.
14. Disputes
• Any disputes arising from the Giveaway will be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
• Any legal action must be filed in the courts of Springdale/Washington County, Arkansas.
