Appointment Policy
A Note About Our Policies
As a one-man operation, I personally handle every step of every service. These rules help me stay on schedule and deliver consistent, high-quality work for customers who arrive on time. The multiple reminders we send are designed to prevent misunderstandings.
Appointment & Deposit Policy
Booking an appointment reserves an exclusive time slot just for you. As a one-man shop, these slots are hard to fill on short notice, so we require a deposit and clear timing rules.
Deposit Requirement
To secure your appointment we require a non-refundable deposit:
-
$50 for appointments estimated at 2 hours or less
-
$100 for appointments estimated at more than 2 hours
-
$250 for all paint correction / ceramic coating appointments
The deposit can be paid in person, over the phone, or through our secure payment link. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation results in the full loss of your deposit.
Rescheduling Policy
To reschedule an appointment and keep your deposit, you must provide at least 48 hours (2 days) advance notice and we must mutually agree on a new date and time. If less than 48 hours notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required for the rescheduled appointment.
Late Arrival / No-Show Policy
Our system sends multiple reminders (full confirmation with address and details, 24-hour reminder stating the 15-minute arrival window, and 1-hour reminder) to help you arrive on time.
-
You must arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time.
Example: For an 8:00 AM appointment, you must arrive by 8:15 AM.
-
Any arrival more than 15 minutes late will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
-
We may still be able to accommodate a late arrival if it works with our schedule, but the deposit will still be forfeited.
A customer is considered a no-show (and will lose the deposit) if they:
• arrive more than 15 minutes late, or
• do not show up at all.
Bad Weather Policy
All services are conducted inside, so most weather conditions do not affect your appointment. In the rare event of extreme bad weather (heavy snow or severe thunderstorm), we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule. You will not be charged a second deposit.
Tint Removal Policy
Tint removal is a specialized service that carries inherent risks, particularly to the rear window defroster strips (the thin horizontal lines on the glass).
While we are highly experienced and take every possible precaution to safely remove the tint without damaging the defroster, we cannot guarantee the outcome. In most cases the defroster remains fully functional, but there is always a risk of damage.
When removing window film, we work carefully to release the adhesive from the defroster lines that are bonded to the glass.
By booking a tint removal service, you acknowledge and accept the following:
-
There is a risk that the defroster lines may be damaged or stop working.
-
We will use the utmost care and best practices to preserve the defroster strips, but success is not guaranteed.
-
If the defroster is damaged, we are not responsible for the repair or replacement of the glass, defroster, or any related electrical issues.
-
You are choosing to proceed with the service at your own risk.
We strongly recommend considering a full rear glass replacement if preserving the defroster is critical for you.
By paying the deposit and booking this service, you confirm that you understand and accept these risks.
