Appointment Policy

We kindly ask that you note that booking an appointment with us means we reserve a time slot exclusively for you. Unfortunately we have seen a rise in the number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows.


Starting January 1st 2023 we will require a $50 deposit for all window tint appointments and a $250 deposit for all paint correction/Ceramic coating appointments. This is a non-refundable deposit. 


Deposit Policy:

To book an appointment we require a $50 deposit for window tint appointments and a $250 deposit for all paint correction/ceramic coatings. The deposit can be paid in person, over the phone or through our secure payment portal(payment link). The remaining balance will be due upon completion of services 


Rescheduling Policy:

To reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given the deposit will be lost and customer will need to leave a new deposit


Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Appointments canceled will lose their deposit


No-Show Policy:

Our system sends reminders to everyone who has scheduled a service. These reminders include everything you'd need to know to be on time (day/time/location). A customer is considered a no-show if they are more than 15 minutes late to their appointment without notifying a member of our team. In case of a no- show, the deposit will be lost.


Bad weather policy:

At our shop, all of our services are conducted inside, so you can rest assured that your appointment will not be affected by most weather conditions. However, in the rare event of extreme bad weather such as heavy snow or thunderstorm, we may need to reschedule your appointment for your safety and the safety of our team.

If your appointment needs to be rescheduled due to extreme weather, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment time. You will not be charged a second deposit.
